2026 Planning Guide for You/ 为你准备的2026年度思考指南

First Step: Look back/ 第一步:回望

Step 1: Look Back — Review the Past
Write down the important things you accomplished this year, reflect on:

  • Which accomplishment made you feel the most fulfilled? What was your state of mind at that time?
  • How have these achievements gradually shaped who you are today?

Challenges and Growth: Every setback is the starting point of a new rise.
Look back on the difficulties you encountered, but do so without judging yourself.

  • What did this experience teach you? What new insights did it give you about yourself and others
  • What inner strengths helped you get through the challenge?

Step 2: Listen — Hear Yourself
Before you plan your next step, quiet your thoughts and listen to your authentic self.

Core Questions:

  • what does your heart most truly desire to experience, create, or become at this moment?
  • what kind of life would you choose to live?

Step 3: Move Forward — Design a Plan for the New Year
Based on the previous reflections, you can now begin planning for the new year. A meaningful plan is more than a checklist; it’s guided by intention and heart

· Nurture Yourself: Physical and mental health, personal growth,

· Cultivate Warm Relationships: Family, partner, friends, community

· Create Value: Work and career, financial growth, skill enhancement, self-actualization

· Experience Life: Hobbies and interests, exploring the world, everyday joys

Ways for Women to Quickly Recharge Their Energy

When you feel restless

When you feel stress or sad

When you’re overthinking:

Take a hot shower or soak your feet in warm water. Then write everything down—every reason for your irritation, frustrated thought, even the words you wish you could say out loud. Writing helps untangle and organize your mind. Restlessness is like a sandstorm in your heart; you don’t need to push forward through it. Simply pause, be still, and allow the storm to settle.

When you’re overthinking:

When you’re overthinking:

When you feel stress or sad

When you’re overthinking:

Grab a pen and paper, set a five-minute timer, and pour out every thought running through your mind. Don’t worry about making sense—you don’t even have to reread it. Tear it up if you like. Hold a warm cup of tea or water in both hands, sip slowly, and gently remind yourself: “I am safe right now. I am warm. I am here.” Inhale a scent you love—citrus for a refreshing lift or lavender for calm. Pause your tasks, stand up, and take a few slow, deep breaths.

When you feel stress or sad

When you feel stress or sad

When you feel stress or sad

Give yourself permission to enjoy something comforting—your favorite snack or a familiar, feel-good show. Reach out to a trusted friend and talk. If tears come, let them fall. If anger surfaces, express it honestly and safely. You don’t have to uphold the image of “I’m fine.” It’s okay to be real.
