Beryl's path to becoming an IBCLC is deeply personal. As a mother of two, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of trusting her body including the empowering home birth of her second child, and two ongoing breastfeeding journeys that continue to shape her approach to her work. Since 2021, she has dedicated herself to supporting families through evidence-based, people-centred lactation care, earning her IBCLC credential in 2025 - the gold standard in lactation support - backed by over 1,000 hours of clinical experience.

Milk & Mindfulness - A 60-minute session for mothers experiencing feeding anxiety or let-down difficulties, using relaxation and mindfulness techniques (with the option of clinical hypnotherapy) - to address the emotional and mental side of breastfeeding.
Workshops - Prenatal breastfeeding preparation and a special session for grandparents on how to best support a breastfeeding family.
